Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through Starveless are forwarded to the restaurant immediately for preparation.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before the restaurant has started processing it.

Once the restaurant has accepted and started preparing the order, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders cancelled due to restaurant unavailability or operational issues will receive a full refund.
